Kenny's Exhibition, 2003

This exhibition was Patsy's first large exhibition in an internationally recognized venue. It was done in collaboration with his brother Gay; Patsy painted the pictures and they worked together on the sculptures. When approached by Kenny's -- the most famous gallery in the west of Ireland -- about exhibiting their work, the brothers leapt at the chance.

2 years of hard work later, the exhibition opened to a packed audience. It was a critical and commercial success, with many of the paintings being sold in the first few days. One painting, 'Stone Wall, Cappagh I', was bought for Aras an Uachtarain -- the residence of the president of Ireland.

We put these digital images up on the internet so that anyone around the world can enjoy these views of modern Ireland.
